Can I use these files for a college project or at work?
Yes. Change them as you like and share them with your class or team.
Do the templates work in Google Sheets and Google Docs?
Yes. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets or Docs. The dropdowns and formulas in the Excel files keep working there.
What is the difference between a checklist and a test case?
A test case has exact steps, test data and an expected result, so anyone can repeat it. A checklist is a list of things to check, without the steps. Use checklists for quick, wide coverage and test cases where results must be repeatable and recorded.
